Hands-on skills and experience in machine learning, data mining, and predictive analytics
Scripting skills in at least one of the following: R, Python, or Julia alongside declarative SQL-like querying in a notebook environment
Ability to take a high level problem, convert it into a hypothesis and apply statistical methods and AI to solve it
A passion for using radical and unconventional means to make data talk and even sing
Real-world experience preferred in: Spark, TensorFlow, AutoML, PyTorch, MLFlow/Kubeflow, Tesseract, and the Python data science troika (NumPy, Matplotlib, and Pandas)
Brownie points for having a PhD or publications in top tiered conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, etc.
